There is such a thing — optimization of solutions, any suggestion can be improved. The most difficult is a basic solution. In case there is no solution nothing can be improved.
A team work presented their basic solution which requires further comprehension, however, it is a good starting point.

We don’t have so called reserved staff, however, we have qualified staff — people we have to work with.
