GEDEON RICHTER SOLD A 5% STAKE IN PJSC PROTEK FOR 2.6 BILLION RUBLES April 09, 2020, 13:35

The Gedeon Richter Plc. hereby informs its honourable shareholders that ZAO Firma CV «PROTEK» has submitted a voluntary purchase offer to the holders of PAO «PROTEK» common shares, to buy back the shares issued by PAO «PROTEK» at a purchase price of RUB 100 (one hundred) per share.

The offered purchase price was identical with the closing share price on the stock exchange at the end of 2019, the value at which these shares are kept in Gedeon Richter Plc.'s books.

The Board of Directors of Gedeon Richter Plc. has accepted the purchase offer concerning 26,357,143 PAO «PROTEK» common shares (which is 5% of the common shares issued by PAO «PROTEK») owned by the Company, as a result of which today 2.636 billion RUB (100 RUB/share) was transferred as a purchase price of the shares to the Company.
