Annals of Oncology is devoted to the rapid publication of editorials, reviews, original articles and letters related to oncology, particularly medical oncology. Haematologica/The Hematology Journal publishes peer-reviewed papers across all areas of experimental and clinical hematology. The journal is owned by a non-profit organization, the Ferrata Storti Foundation, and serves the scientific community strictly following the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE, www.icmje.org) recommendations on publication ethics policies for medical journals. Haematologica was founded in 1920 by Adolfo Ferrata, and in 2005 merged with The Hematology Journal.
