Development of new human aging study tools with an engineered TALE technique

We have generated a TTALE technique, with which we can image and study aging-associated telomere attrition, centromere decondensation, as well as attrition of NOR-rDNA  repeats in a very simple way.  These tools will be very useful for human aging study.
