Combining our Werner Syndrome and HGPS pluripotens stem cell platforms and CAS9-mediated genome-wide gene editing, we are identifying new genes involved in the regulation of human stem cell aging. We have identified some new genes whose loss of fucntion or gain of function contribute to prevention or reversion of human stem cell aging.
